It wasn't until Gretchen returned home after living abroad and out-of-state to her native Hill Country that she realized what a truly special place the Austin area and Hill Country truly are. As an EcoBroker, she is trained to help Buyers, Sellers, Builders and Developers make smart choices to save energy and preserve our environment.  She loves to be a tour guide, too, introducing people to the wonderful amenities her home has to offer.
 
Because she has a love of travel and is multi-lingual, she is a Certified International Property Specialist, currently working with Costa Rica, Tuscany, Italy and Cozumel, Mexico. With the convenience of technology and travel, the network between people and properties here and abroad is becoming more expansive. She is experienced in helping people here and abroad with their real estate needs.
